We provide IN-YOUR-HOME daily visits to care for your pets`needs when you can`t be there.

IN-HOME SERVICES

Basic services $18.00/visit/up to 10 miles.  $2.00/mile added if over 10 miles.

Fresh food/water daily (pets can spill their water and ants are a common contaminant of pet food-inside or out)

Outside time for dogs--walks optional (offers exercise and potty time.  I will always pick up after your pet!

Playtime and TLC (inside or out.  Some want to romp and play,some just cuddle!)

ALSO INCLUDES:
pet waste management, mail/paper pick up, light/sound control, trash out/bins in,
Home and property check

All jobs based on a 1 hour schedule.  A surcharge of $9.00/per/1/2 hour will apply to visits lasting over an hour and will be billed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE:

Mid Day potty breaks--$10.00/up to 10 miles.



Plant Watering--$5.00/1/2 hour

POLICIES

Pre-Sit Interview

In order to adequatly establish the needs of yourself and your pets, I use a questionnaire combined with an interview.  The time required for this is about an hour and there is no charge to you.  I work with a service agreement, which allows me access to your property and to care for your pet(s).  This is an opportunity for us to get aquainted, ask questions and allow your pets to become aquainted with me.

Property Access

I require a key at the time of the interview.  I will check that the key works in your presence.  I do not leave keys due to security concerns and access; any keys will be remanded to you after your return.  I do keep keys for clients that require regular visits.  A surcharge of $5.00 for key pick up/return + $2.00/milage if over 10 miles.
Locksmith charges will incure if I am unable to get in to care for your pets.  You will be responsible for these charges except where I loose or break a key or lock is damaged by me/staff.  There will be a $20.00 fee plus cost of locksmith.

Holidays

There will be a $10.00 surcharge for the following legal Holidays:
New Years Eve and Day; Easter; Memorial Day; Forth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

If you know your trip will encompass a major Holiday, plan on booking at leats a month in advance to secure a slot.

Reservations

Please make reservations 2 weeks in advance.  A surcharge of $10.00 may apply to requests with less than 2 weeks notice.

Reservations are not confirmed unless you speak directly with me or recieve a confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations

Refunds will be made under the following circumstances:

Cancel 2 weeks in advance of starting date--100%

Cancel 1 week in advance of starting date--75%

Cancel up to day before start date--50%

Cancel day before start date--25%

Cancel on starting date--no refund

No refund for early returns

CANCELLATIONS are not confirmed unless you speak directly to me or recieve an e-mail confirmation.

I appreciate that the unexpected does occasionally happen and plans need to change, but once I`ve blocked off my time to service you, I have likely turned down other jobs for that time slot. 

All fees agreed upon prior to your trip must be paid up front and can be left at the start of my visits.  I accept cash or personal checks,  A $20.00 fee + amt. of check will be charged in cases where a check bounces.

All other fees incured are due within 3 days of your return.  Due process will be used to recover unpaid accounts.
